Frances Richmond | Merino-Silk-Cashmere Scarf | Olive Blue Grey Tones

A beautiful merino-silk-cashmere mix scarf by Kiwi textile artist Frances Richmond. 
Frances has created special commissions for catwalk shows for labels like Alexander McQueen as well as creating special wearable art-works for her own gallery collections. Frances’ own accessories label was also placed in over 30 boutiques and department stores in the UK, Europe, New York and Hong Kong.

Each piece Frances creates has its own story.  Her inspiration for her latest collection comes from the native flora and fauna colours seen on her autumn walks. The colours are then expertly tonally coordinated into simple square graphics using her beautifully soft fluffy merino silk cashmere. All the yarns used to create these beautiful scarves are from the luxury top end of the fashion industry, sourced from the best Italian spinners.
